How long will delivery take?

My parcel hasn’t arrived yet—what should I do?
We understand how frustrating delays can be. While most parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to high demand or external factors such as customs or logistics disruptions.
If more than 14 days have passed since your order, please contact our support team—we’ll be happy to check the status for you.
How can I check the status of my order?

I received a delivery confirmation but didn’t get the package.
Please check with neighbors or other household members, as someone may have accepted the delivery on your behalf. If the package is still missing, we recommend contacting your local post office or courier service directly.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, please contact us—we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.
I entered the wrong shipping address—can I fix it?
If you've made a mistake in your address, please contact us immediately through the contact form. Include your full name, correct address, and order number.

Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?
At this time, we’re unable to deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to shipping partner limitations.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Stripe, Klarna and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and mobile payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay).
Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
If your order has already been shipped, you’ll need to wait for it to arrive and then initiate a return for a refund.
Can I return my item if I’m not happy with it?

My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what now?
