Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

If you’d like to return an item, just reach out to us through the contact form or email us at support@smartycub.shop within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund. Please include your order number and our customer support team will guide you through the steps.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition.
  • All accessories, manuals, and packaging are included.

We do our best to be fair and flexible, but SmartyCub reserves the right to decline returns if items appear used, are incomplete, or if the return policy is being misused.

Please note:
Return shipping costs are not covered by us and will need to be paid by the customer.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), digital products and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@smartycub.shop.
